Terms & Conditions - Mailing Software
Micron Data Solutions Ltd grants the User the non exclusive right to use the software at the level for which the purchase price has been paid. Mailing Software is supplied initially in Demonstration form. This is fully-functional software limited to processing up to 1000 addresses, and enables the customer to verify that the software is suitable for the intended purpose. Payment is required on receipt of Purchase Order and an unlocking code is supplied for each licence purchased which enables full functionality. Once the software has been registered in the User's name, no refund or credit is available. The software remains the property of Micron Data Solutions Ltd and is for use under licence. Each licence is for the installation and use of the software on only one PC owned or operated by the User.
Limited Warranty
Media and documentation are warranted free from physical defect at the time of delivery. The software is supplied with a 90-day warranty against defects in providing Mailsort / Walksort functions as validated by Royal Mail and in any defects of functions which can be tested using the Demonstration version before purchase.

Terms & Conditions - Bespoke Software & Internet Services
Micron Data Solutions Ltd undertakes to develop Bespoke (or Customised) applications software for its customers at agreed prices and under agreed conditions.
Limited Warranty
Bespoke applications and website software is supplied with a 90-day limited warranty under which Micron Data Solutions Ltd will correct any failure of the software to operate as specifically agreed in writing before development work is started. When development work has been completed, customers will be asked to sign-off the project to confirm that the software performs as required. Media and documentation are warranted free from physical defect at the time of delivery. Internet Services provided may be subject to the terms and conditions applied by our Internet Service Provider (see Fasthosts for details).
