Royal Mail's latest Prices and Discounts take effect from 7th April 2008. Due to the complex price structure and regular updates, we can no longer offer the option of manually updating the Price & Discount table. As a result we are issuing a significant chargeable upgrade version (v8.4). This new version also incorporates changes made to comply fully with Royal Mail software tests, recently passed by all Micron Mailsort and Walksort software, and changes in the use of the Delivery Point Suffix from 1st May, affecting users of Mailsort 700 and Mailsort 120 CBC.

The cost of upgrading from an earlier Mailsort version to version 8.40 will vary according to your current version, the date when this was supplied and your previous upgrade history.

A new and unique registration code will be sent to you by e-mail for each v8.4 upgrade purchased. You must use this code to unlock your new software.
